Indian Sales Manager - Sharjah
We are in need of a highly motivated and experienced Indian Sales Manager to join our team in Sharjah. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the sales team to ensure they meet their individual and team targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to stay ahead of the game
- Conduct regular performance reviews with the sales team and provide feedback for improvement
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Sales Manager in a similar industry or role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Ability to travel within Sharjah for client meetings
- Indian nationality preferred
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month plus commission based on performance.
Working Hours:
This is a full-time job with 8 hours shift from Sunday to Thursday.

This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must have their own accommodation in Sharjah.
