As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of individuals towards achieving our company's goals and objectives. Your role will involve providing support, guidance, and training to team members, as well as coordinating and delegating tasks to ensure efficient workflow.

Requirements:
- Indian national with a valid work permit in India
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the [specific profession] industry is preferred

Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate team members towards achieving departmental goals
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development for team members
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Ensure timely completion of tasks by coordinating and delegating responsibilities among team members
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure smooth workflow across the organization
- Report on team progress, challenges, and successes to upper management
- Resolve any conflicts or issues within the team in a timely manner
