Team Lead - Operations Manager



We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in Shan, Philippines. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company and ensuring that our team meets performance goals and maintains high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality of work
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure goals are being met
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations across the organization
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements
- Maintain a positive work environment, fostering teamwork, open communication, and professional development
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in operations management or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven track record of meeting performance targets and improving processes
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive problem solver with strong analytical skills
- Ability to adapt to change quickly
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
