As a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading projects and overseeing the design process from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and other team members to develop innovative and functional architectural solutions that meet project requirements and budget constraints. Your strong leadership skills and technical expertise will be crucial in guiding team members and ensuring quality control throughout all stages of the design process. Additionally, you will be involved in business development activities such as client meetings, proposal writing, and networking events. Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other industry software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Proven track record of successful project delivery
- Fluent English speaker (Nepali language skills are a plus)

Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams through all phases of the design process from concept development to construction administration
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for feedback and approval
- Coordinate with consultants (structural engineers, MEP engineers, etc.) to integrate their designs into the overall project plan
- Prepare accurate construction documents including drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is progressing according to design plans
- Mentor junior staff members by providing guidance on technical issues and career development opportunities
- Participate in business development activities such as client meetings, proposal writing, and attending networking events

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
