As a Handyman/Handywoman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial properties in Ar Rumaythiyah, Saudi Arabia. Your duties will include fixing plumbing and electrical issues, repairing furniture and appliances, painting walls and ceilings, and other general handyman tasks as needed. You must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and have good time management skills. This position requires a high level of physical fitness as you will be required to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor. Accommodation will be provided for the selected candidate.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a handyman or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general handyman tasks
- Ability to use hand and power tools efficiently
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Good time management skills
- Biometric passport (preferred)
- Filipino nationality (preferred)

Responsibilities:
- Inspect properties for maintenance or repair needs
- Repair or replace plumbing fixtures such as faucets, toilets, and pipes
- Troubleshoot electrical issues such as wiring problems and light fixture malfunctions
- Fix or replace damaged furniture items
- Repair or replace appliances such as refrigerators, stoves, and washing machines
- Paint walls, ceilings, doors, and other surfaces as needed
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or replacing air filters
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Communicate with property owners or managers to determine their maintenance needs
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
