We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing various types of welding processes on metal parts and components according to specifications. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Set up welding equipment and select appropriate materials
- Weld metal parts using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
- Ensure all finished products meet quality standards
- Inspect welds for defects and make necessary repairs
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
- Proficient in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Knowledge of safety procedures for welding operations
- Experience with different types of metals such as steel, aluminum, and stainless steel is preferred

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in welding is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in welding or related field required
Salary: $1500 per month
