Senior Architect - Contract Position in Karachi, Pakistan

We are currently hiring a Senior Architect for a contract position in Karachi, Pakistan. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and skilled architect to work on a variety of projects in the lively city of Karachi.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee architectural design projects from conception to completion
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
- Develop and present design proposals, including sketches, 3D models, and construction documents
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a licensed architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software
- Strong design skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects is preferred
