Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
We are hiring an Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Lusail. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your main duties will include managing office supplies, maintaining records, and coordinating with staff and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, including ordering, restocking, and organizing
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Coordinate with staff to schedule meetings and appointments
- Communicate with clients via email or phone to provide necessary information or assistance
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and expense reports
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Conduct research as needed for projects or tasks assigned by management
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an administrative coordinator or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Salary:
$1600 per month
