Entry Level Glazier in Akron, OH


Our fast-growing glass and glazing company is seeking an Entry Level Glazier to join our team in Akron, OH. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career as a Glazier and gain hands-on experience in the industry. We are looking for a motivated individual with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills. No prior experience is required, but knowledge of basic hand tools and construction experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Assist experienced glaziers with measuring, cutting, and installing glass and mirrors
- Learn how to properly handle and cut various types of glass
- Help prepare job sites by setting up equipment and removing debris
- Follow safety procedures at all times while working on job sites
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for long periods of time
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and construction techniques
- Willingness to learn from experienced glaziers and follow instructions closely
- Must have reliable transportation to job sites in the Akron area

Salary:
Starting at $900 per week, with potential for increase based on performance.

Location:
Akron, OH - Must be able to commute to job sites within the city.
