Architecture Manager


Our architecture firm is seeking a talented and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in the US. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our architectural projects, from initial design to final completion. They will work closely with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure that projects are executed efficiently and meet all quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Oversee the development of detailed architectural plans, including construction documents, specifications, and cost estimates
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Maintain strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders involved in the project
- Review and approve all project deliverables before submission to clients
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into project designs as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar software programs
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey ideas and concepts to clients and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work within strict timelines

We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month along with a comprehensive benefits package. This includes free visa sponsorship for international candidates as well as a relocation allowance for those outside of the US.
