Senior Architecture Manager



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architecture Manager to join our team in the United States. As a senior manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all architectural projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will also be responsible for managing a team of architects and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all architectural projects from conception to completion
- Manage a team of architects and assign tasks as needed
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Review and approve design proposals and construction documents
- Coordinate with other departments such as engineering, construction, and interior design
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Conduct site visits to ensure projects are being executed according to plan
- Participate in business development activities such as networking events and client meetings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 7 years experience working in architecture with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successfully completing architectural projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software

Salary: $1100 per week
