Baker - Medina, Pakistan


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team in Medina, Pakistan. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, cakes, pastries, and other items for sale in our bakery. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, ensuring quality control standards are met, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Baker in a bakery or similar setting, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, cakes, pastries, and other items according to recipes
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust baking times accordingly
- Ensure products meet quality control standards before being sold
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their orders and answering any questions they may have
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Train new staff members on baking techniques and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree or certificate is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Baker in a bakery or similar setting
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
