Hotel Sales Manager

We are in search of a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Oslo. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones. You will also oversee the sales team and work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other tactics
- Maintain relationships with existing clients through regular communication and excellent customer service
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets
- Work closely with other departments such as marketing, events, and revenue management to ensure a coordinated approach towards achieving goals
- Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients
- Prepare accurate reports on sales activities, revenue forecasts, and market trends

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (other languages are a plus)
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels
- Knowledge of market trends, competition, and customer needs in the hospitality industry
- Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
