Part-Time Hotel Sales Manager
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at our luxury hotel in Oslo. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for the hotel through effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue for the hotel
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them through constant communication
- Attend networking events and conferences to promote the hotel and generate new business opportunities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of competition
- Create sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for potential clients
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure excellent guest experience throughout their stay
- Manage existing accounts and negotiate contract renewals
- Conduct site visits for potential clients to showcase the facilities of the hotel
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building client relationships
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with market trends and competition within the hospitality industry in Oslo is preferred
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Must have own valid visa/work permit
Salary: 1600$ per month (part-time)
