Software Tester

As a Software Tester, you will be responsible for testing and evaluating software programs to ensure they meet quality standards. You will work closely with developers and project managers to identify bugs and suggest improvements for the software. This role requires attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with different teams.

Responsibilities:
- Perform manual and automated testing on software programs
- Identify and report bugs and errors in a timely manner
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Conduct regression testing to ensure previous bugs have been fixed
- Create test plans and test cases based on project requirements
- Communicate test results and progress to project managers
- Participate in team meetings to discuss project updates and challenges

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Software Tester or similar role
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java or C++
- Experience with manual and automated testing techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Salary: $1400 per month
Location: Las Vegas, United States
