Job Title: Online Consultant - English Speaking
As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing remote customer support and assistance to clients through various online channels. Your main objective will be to ensure a positive experience for customers by addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products or services
- Handle complaints and resolve issues in a patient and efficient manner
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by building rapport and creating positive relationships with clients
- Collaborate with other team members to develop solutions for complex customer issues
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures, and products
- Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide suggestions for improvement in product or service offerings
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is essential
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet
- Knowledge of online communication tools such as chat, email, and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Los Angeles (accommodation provided)
