Merchandiser for Retail Store in Los Angeles, USA
We are hiring a Merchandiser to join our retail store team in Los Angeles, USA. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing and presenting our products in an attractive and organized manner to enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize product displays according to visual merchandising guidelines
- Ensure that products are well-stocked and replenished on a regular basis
- Work with the buying team to plan and execute product placement strategies
- Collaborate with the sales team to analyze sales data and make informed decisions on product placement and promotions
- Conduct regular store walks to ensure that all products are presented neatly and correctly priced
- Create eye-catching displays that highlight new or promotional products
- Train and guide new employees on visual merchandising techniques
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Strong eye for detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills in English (Filipino language proficiency is an advantage)
- Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and techniques
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items as needed
Salary:
$1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
