Project Manager

We are in search of an experienced Project Manager to join our team in the bustling city of Shan. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and coordinate project activities
- Create project timelines and set clear milestones
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
- Address any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and timeline
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in project management
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana

Salary: 1500$ per month

Location: Shan, Nepal (accommodation provided)
