Executive Chef - Indian Cuisine

We are seeking an experienced and talented Executive Chef specializing in Indian cuisine to join our team in Mauren. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month, along with benefits such as free visa and ticket.

As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Indian restaurant's kitchen operations. This includes menu planning, food preparation, supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and safety standards are met, and managing inventory and budget.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in an Indian restaurant. You must have extensive knowledge of authentic Indian cuisine and be able to create innovative dishes that showcase traditional flavors. Excellent leadership skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Develop new menu items that reflect the authentic flavors of Indian cuisine
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including portion control and presentation
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and sanitation procedures
- Ensure food quality and safety standards are consistently met
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create schedules for kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with restaurant management on budget planning

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in an Indian restaurant
- Extensive knowledge of traditional Indian cuisine and ability to create innovative dishes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
