Executive Chef - Seasonal Position in Mauren



As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our prestigious restaurant located in Mauren. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our team and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute menus that showcase creativity and innovation while maintaining high quality standards
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs
- Lead and train kitchen staff on best practices, hygiene, and safety procedures
- Monitor the quality of dishes being served and ensure consistency in taste and presentation
- Collaborate with the management team to develop new concepts, promotions, and events to attract customers
- Adhere to budgetary guidelines and maintain financial records for reporting purposes
- Ensure compliance with all health codes and regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Creativity in developing new dishes while also maintaining customer favorites
- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering top-notch dining experiences
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality
- Fluent English speaker with strong communication skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this seasonal position. The contract is for 6 months with the potential for extension based on performance.
