Executive Chef - Culinary Leader in Mauren, Liechtenstein
As an Executive Chef at our fine dining restaurant in Mauren, Liechtenstein, you will be responsible for leading and managing our culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your passion for food and creativity will be reflected in every dish that leaves our kitchen.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and plan menus that are innovative, creative and reflect the latest culinary trends while maintaining high quality standards
- Train, mentor and lead a team of cooks, ensuring a positive work environment and high levels of motivation
- Oversee the ordering and management of food inventory to ensure freshness and minimize waste
- Monitor food costs, budgeting and financial targets
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments such as event planning to create unique dining experiences for special occasions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment
- Culinary degree preferred but not required
- Extensive knowledge of international cuisines, flavor profiles and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (German or French is a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards
