CNC Operator

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team in Nairobi. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality components and products. You will work with various materials, such as metal, plastic, or wood, and use precision tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency in production.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines based on technical specifications
- Load materials into the machine and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Monitor machine operations and make any necessary adjustments to ensure quality standards are met
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet specifications
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Maintain proper maintenance of machines to ensure proper functioning
- Keep records of production output and maintain inventory levels of materials
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery
- Collaborate with other team members to improve production processes

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role preferred
- Knowledge of programming languages such as G-code and M-code preferred
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision tools
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one if not a Kenyan citizen

Salary: 1600$ per month

Location: Nairobi, Kenya
