Computer Support Specialist - Kaunas, Lithuania

We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Kaunas. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will provide technical support and assistance to our clients and ensure the smooth operation of their computer systems. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring new systems, and providing training to users. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for technology. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Experience with network configuration and maintenance
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving abilities

Preferred:
- Experience working with Canadian or Kenyan clients
