Restaurant Manager - Ar Rumaythiyah, Saudi Arabia

We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant in Ar Rumaythiyah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month and accommodation provided. We welcome Malayalees who have a passion for the food and beverage industry to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, inventory management, and staffing
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly
- Train and supervise staff members to maintain high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and customer service
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Develop relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality ingredients at competitive prices
- Monitor food production to maintain consistency in taste and presentation
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam (English proficiency is preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
