Residential Painter
Location: Faro, Portugal


We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Painter to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As a Residential Painter, you will be responsible for painting and decorating residential properties to a high standard.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes and cracks
- Select and mix paint colors according to client preferences
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Ensure smooth and even coverage without drips or visible brush marks
- Protect surrounding areas from paint by using drop cloths and tape
- Repair any damages or imperfections on walls before painting
- Clean up work area after completing job

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a residential painter
- Excellent knowledge of various painting techniques and tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
