In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while operating the cash register and completing transactions accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Scan items and process transactions accurately using the cash register
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1600 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Svalbard, a remote archipelago between Norway and the North Pole. While not a requirement, preference will be given to candidates who are already located in Svalbard or are willing to relocate.
