Restaurant Manager



We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant located in Hawalli, Kuwait. As a Canadian-owned establishment, we welcome applicants from Canada or with Canadian work experience.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in a high-volume establishment. They should be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including but not limited to: hiring and training staff, managing inventory and ordering supplies, creating schedules, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Manage guest relations by addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely manner.
- Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing feedback to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both guests and employees.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume establishment.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an asset).
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Knowledgeable about food safety regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
