We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint, varnishes, and other finishes to surfaces according to specifications and industry standards. You will also be expected to prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning and repairing them as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Read and understand blueprints and instructions to determine the type and amount of materials needed
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching holes or cracks
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray guns
- Ensure consistent color and texture by mixing paints or matching specified colors
- Protect surrounding areas from paint by using drop cloths, masking tape, or plastic sheeting
- Maintain clean work area by covering floors and furniture with drop cloths and cleaning up spills
- Prepare cost estimates for clients based on materials needed and labor required
- Follow all safety guidelines when handling chemicals and operating equipment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter with a strong portfolio of completed projects
- Expertise in various painting techniques such as brushwork, rolling, spraying, etc.
- Familiarity with different types of paints and finishes
- Attention to detail with the ability to match colors precisely
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and understand their requirements

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Painting Technology is a plus
- Knowledge of safety protocols when handling chemicals
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
- Proficiency in using various painting equipment such as brushes, rollers, sprayers
- Good time management skills to complete projects within deadlines

Salary: 1200$ per month
