We are a dynamic architecture firm based in Los Angeles, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. As the Senior Architect, you will lead and oversee the design and construction of various projects, ensuring the highest quality and standards are met. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for design, strong leadership skills, and a desire to work on diverse projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project proposals
- Lead project teams and oversee the work of junior architects and designers
- Develop design concepts, create drawings and models using CAD software
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and deadlines
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design specifications are being met
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design techniques and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Senior Architect in a reputable firm
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD or other design software programs
- Ability to lead project teams effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, team members, contractors,
etc.
- In-depth understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
in Los Angeles
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members towards achieving
project goals
