Industrial Architect (Part Time)


We are searching for a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for creating functional and visually appealing designs for industrial spaces and structures. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that designs meet all requirements and are implemented efficiently. This position is based in Almada, however remote work arrangements may be considered.

Responsibilities:
- Design and plan industrial spaces and structures according to client needs, building codes, and safety standards
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Produce detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design software
- Work closely with clients to understand their goals and incorporate their feedback into designs
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Create cost estimates for materials, labor, and other project expenses
- Communicate effectively with construction teams to ensure timely completion of projects
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology related to industrial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect or similar role
- Proficiency in computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety standards, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
- Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving skills

Salary: $1600 per month (based on part-time hours)
