Handyman (English Speaking)

We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Dickirch, with a preference for English speaking candidates. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing a variety of tasks related to building maintenance, repairs, and renovations. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1600$, and we offer free visa and ticket for foreign candidates.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in general handyman duties such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting. You must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting
- Conduct routine inspections and identify any issues that require attention
- Respond to repair requests in a timely manner
- Keep track of inventory and ensure all necessary supplies are stocked
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects
- Adhere to all safety standards and regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance procedures and techniques
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting principles
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Excellent time management skills
