Handyman

As a Handyman, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various aspects of a property or building. Your duties may include fixing plumbing and electrical issues, repairing appliances, painting, and performing general maintenance tasks. You will also be expected to ensure the safety and functionality of the property by conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues that arise.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify any maintenance needs
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks such as fixing leaky faucets, changing light bulbs, etc.
- Address any major repairs by coordinating with outside contractors if necessary
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies for maintenance tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Respond to tenant requests for maintenance or repairs in a timely manner
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Good physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
- Attention to detail for identifying potential hazards or repair needs
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills for interacting with tenants, contractors, etc.
- High school diploma or equivalent

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month. The work schedule is Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm with occasional weekends or evenings depending on the needs of the property. The ideal candidate should be willing to work independently as well as part of a team.

Location:
This position is located in Dickirch, Luxembourg. Candidates must have legal authorization to work in Luxembourg.
