Urgent Construction Manager (Contract) - Acre, Egypt


We are urgently seeking a Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Acre, Egypt. As a Contract Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire construction process from start to finish. Your main duties will include planning and organizing the project, managing the budget and resources, liaising with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in the construction industry
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Experience with budget management and cost control
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Fluent in Arabic (English proficiency is a plus)

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects including planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout phases
- Ensure that all work is performed according to contract specifications and quality standards
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Monitor project progress to identify potential delays or issues and develop solutions to keep the project on track
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Conduct site visits to inspect work progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Prepare reports on project progress, costs, risks, issues, and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments such as engineering or architecture to resolve technical issues

Salary: 1500$ per month (tax-free)
Accommodation: Provided by employer
Contract Duration: 6 months (with possibility of extension)
