Construction Project Manager


A reputable construction company in Acre is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee various construction projects. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work and address any issues or concerns
- Communicate project updates and progress reports to senior management
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the construction process
- Provide guidance and support to project team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in project management software
- Outstanding leadership skills

Salary: $1500 per month

Location: Acre

Note: This job is open to all nationalities but preference will be given to Indian candidates. This is a part-time position without accommodation. Free visa sponsorship will be provided along with a round-trip ticket. English proficiency is not required for this job.
