Job Title: Sales Associate

We are a growing retail company looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team in Lisbon. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our store.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Demonstrate product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Willingness to learn about our products and services
- Available to work full-time, including weekends

We offer competitive salary of $1600 per month, as well as opportunities for growth within the company. This position is open to candidates of all nationalities. No previous experience in retail is required, as we will provide training.
