Head Baker

As a Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery in Jerusalem. Your main duties will include creating and implementing new recipes, managing inventory and ordering supplies, supervising a team of bakers, and ensuring that all products meet our high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new recipes and maintain a diverse menu of baked goods
- Manage inventory and order supplies to ensure efficient production
- Train and supervise a team of bakers, including scheduling and performance evaluations
- Monitor production processes to maintain quality control standards
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing strategies to increase sales
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for improvements to our bakery operations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Baker or similar role with at least 3 years in a leadership position
- In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and sanitation procedures
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop new recipes and adapt existing ones according to customer preferences
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Compensation:
Salary: 1500$ per month
