We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Mason to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah, Kenya. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing, maintaining, and repairing structures made of brick, concrete, or stone. Your main goal will be to ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints or drawings to plan layout and determine materials needed
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using tools such as chisels, hammers, or saws
- Mix cement, sand, and water to create mortar or grout
- Lay bricks or other masonry units in a specific pattern using different types of mortar
- Cut or trim bricks or other masonry units to size using hand tools or power saws
- Build corners by fastening in plumb position metal corner poles or by building up corners with bricks
- Clean excess mortar from surfaces after finishing
- Repair and maintain existing masonry structures
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason in construction projects
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings
- Knowledge of different masonry techniques and materials
- Familiarity with safety procedures in construction sites
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work at heights
- Good math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Attention to detail

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this full-time position.
