Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team in Ufa. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machines in our production facility. Your main goal will be to ensure that all machines are running efficiently and producing high-quality products.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to production specifications
- Operate machinery, including monitoring and adjusting settings as necessary
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the production process
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
- Keep accurate records of production data, such as machine output and downtime
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
- Knowledge of machine operating procedures and basic maintenance tasks
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Ufa, Russia. All nationalities are welcome to apply; however, proficiency in English is not required for this position.

Experience:
No prior experience is necessary for this role. We encourage freshers or those without experience to apply - we are willing to train the right candidate.
