Hotel Sales Manager (Part-Time)
City: Funchal, Portugal
We are hiring a part-time Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Funchal. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling hotel services to potential customers. This position requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently. Prior sales experience is preferred but not required. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry while earning a competitive salary of 1500$.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel bookings and revenue
- Identify potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and online platforms
- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients while adhering to hotel policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in sales or customer service (preferred)
- Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Must be able to work independently without supervision
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
