We are a fast-paced and dynamic company looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Khasab, Oman. This position is suitable for men and does not require prior experience, making it an excellent opportunity for Filipinos looking for English speaking jobs.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your daily tasks may include answering phone calls, responding to emails, managing schedules and appointments, filing paperwork, and maintaining office supplies.
To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills in English as well as strong organizational skills. You should also be proficient in using Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Any prior experience in administrative roles would be considered a plus.
We are looking for a reliable and trustworthy individual who can work independently with minimal supervision. Attention to detail is crucial in this role as you will be handling sensitive information and documents. A positive attitude and the ability to multitask will also be essential for your success in this position.
