Guest Services Concierge - Beer-Sheva, Israel


We are currently seeking a Guest Services Concierge to join our team at a luxury hotel in Beer-Sheva, Israel. This position is perfect for someone who is fluent in English and looking for an entry-level position in the hospitality industry.

As a Guest Services Concierge, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests. Your main duties will include greeting guests upon arrival, assisting with check-in and check-out processes, answering any questions they may have, making reservations for dining and other activities, and ensuring their overall satisfaction during their stay.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills. While previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred, it is not required. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and grow within the company.

As this position involves interacting with guests from all over the world, fluency in English is a must. Knowledge of other languages is a plus. We also offer visa sponsorship for international candidates.

In addition to providing exceptional customer service, you will also be responsible for maintaining the appearance of the lobby area and assisting with any guest requests or issues that may arise during their stay.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1600$ per month. We also offer benefits such as health insurance and paid time off.
