Concierge Assistant



We are currently looking for a professional and friendly Concierge Assistant to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As a Concierge Assistant, you will provide exceptional customer service to our guests and assist with various tasks to ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about the hotel facilities and local attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, tours, or other activities
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitor lobby area to ensure cleanliness and tidiness
- Assist with luggage handling and delivery to guest rooms
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs
- Maintain accurate records of all guest interactions

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed

We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month along with opportunities for advancement within our company. This is a temporary position that requires no previous experience, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry.
