Our busy restaurant in Wiltz is seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure our customers have a top-notch dining experience. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the staff, monitoring inventory and ordering supplies, creating schedules, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations
- Hire, train, and manage staff members
- Create schedules and assign duties to employees
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and quality control
- Develop strategies to increase profitability and reduce costs

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in other languages is a plus)
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of restaurant operations including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service techniques
- Familiarity with point-of-sale software systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to legally work in Wiltz
