Job Title: Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to drive revenue and exceed sales targets in the city of Funchal. This role requires a dynamic, results-driven individual with exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure targets are met or exceeded
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market share
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing successful sales teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, market analysis, and CRM software
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions based on findings
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
- Fluency in English (Portuguese is a plus)
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
