Waiter/Waitress at a Fine Dining Restaurant in Osaka, Japan


We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a prestigious fine dining restaurant located in Osaka, Japan. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is of the highest quality.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
- Ensure all food and beverages are served promptly and accurately
- Provide recommendations from the menu and answer any questions about dishes or ingredients
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly
- Handle payments and process transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Assist with setting up tables, stocking supplies, and preparing for service

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a waiter/waitress in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus, including wine pairings
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Fluent in English (proficiency in Japanese is a plus)
- Must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 USD per month. We also provide accommodation for our employees.

Location:
This position is based in Osaka, Japan. Candidates must be willing to relocate if not already living in the city.
