Female Construction Manager

A construction company in Al-Malikiyah is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Female Construction Manager to join our team. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will also be responsible for managing and coordinating construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Experience working on residential and commercial projects
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations
- Excellent organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project budgets and schedules, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments
- Supervise construction teams to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications
- Review contracts with subcontractors and vendors
- Ensure that all safety regulations are followed on-site
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
- Conduct site visits to inspect work progress

Salary: $1400 per month with accommodation provided.
