Waiter/Waitress


We are seeking a friendly and efficient waiter/waitress to join our team in Nairobi. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your main goal will be to provide an excellent dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle complaints or concerns from customers with professionalism
- Process payments and make accurate change
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: $1500 per month

City: Nairobi

Preference:
This position is open for Indian or Nepali nationals. Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate. English language skills are not required for this role. High school diploma or equivalent (12 pass) is preferred but not required.
