CNC Operator



We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Operator to join our team in Mombasa. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machinery to produce precision parts and components. This is a full-time job with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and instructions to ensure accurate production
- Monitor machine operations to detect any malfunctions or errors
- Make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality assurance
- Maintain equipment by conducting regular maintenance checks
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise during production process
- Follow all safety guidelines and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, etc.
- Knowledge of G-code programming is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus
