Rental Coordinator (Nakuru, Kenya)


We are a leading rental company based in Nakuru, Kenya looking for a Rental Coordinator to join our growing team. As a Rental Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of our rental operations, including managing inventory, scheduling deliveries and pickups, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory of rental equipment
- Schedule delivery and pickup of rental equipment according to customer needs
- Coordinate with drivers and technicians to ensure timely delivery and setup of equipment
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns from clients
- Process rental agreements accurately and efficiently
- Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business or related field is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within the rental or hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary

Salary:
$1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location:
Nakuru, Kenya
