We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. You will be responsible for operating a variety of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials on construction sites. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Requirements:
- Valid crane operator certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating cranes in construction or industrial settings
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes, including tower cranes, mobile cranes, and overhead cranes as needed
- Perform pre-operation inspections on equipment and ensure proper maintenance and care is performed regularly
- Use hand signals or radio communication to communicate with ground crew during lifting operations
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure the safety of yourself, coworkers, and bystanders at all times
- Keep accurate logbooks of crane activities and report any incidents or issues immediately to supervisors

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception skills
- Good communication skills in English (basic level)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
